The Aphasia Center of West Texas offers a lifeline of hope, friendship, and practical strategies for living with the frustrations of aphasia. We rely on the generosity of those who become partners with us through financial investments. The government does not fund the life-changing services of the Aphasia Center. We could not exist without the generosity of individuals, corporations, and foundations. The Aphasia Center of West Texas is recognized by the IRS as a 501(c)(3) organization; therefore, donations are deductible to the extent allowed by law. Thank you for investing now in the people of the Aphasia Center of West Texas.

Choosing monthly support offers much-needed reliable, and steady income, allowing the Aphasia Center to focus on the issues and projects that need attention the most. You’ll receive an annual giving statement. On the next page, in the left-hand column, you may also set up your optional account to view your year-to-date investment or make changes at any time.

Tribute and Memorial Giving
You can honor the memory of a loved one or celebrate a friend or family member by making a tribute or memorial gift. The Aphasia Center of West Texas will send an acknowledgment to the family of the honoree. We do not share the amount of your gift, only that one was generously given.

Legacy Giving
Make an important difference in the lives of those coping with aphasia by including the Aphasia Center of West Texas in your estate planning. Planned gifts and bequests typically come from a donor’s assets rather than income, and can be either outright or deferred. Please consult with a tax or legal advisor prior to making a planned gift. Estate planning objectives are to maximize benefits to both the donor and the Aphasia Center of West Texas.

If you’d like to make a bequest to the Aphasia Center of West Texas, this is sample wording that you can use: “I give, devise, and bequeath to the Aphasia Center of West Texas located in Midland, TX $_______.”
