Ann Semple was the consummate teacher. Hundreds of West Texas students learned math thanks to her theatrical talents and unique classroom skill. After her stroke, Ann found a new way of teaching as founding Aphasia Center member. For the past 17 years, Ann relentlessly advocated for stroke survivors having on-going services in order to live life to its fullest. A celebration of Ann’s life will be held Thursday, October 25th, 10:30 a.m. at Christ Church Anglican of Midland, 5501 North Midkiff Road.

Each time I met Ann, she had a smile on her face. She had such a wonderful spirit.

I loved Ann though it has been years now since I’ve seen her! Sad to hear of her passing but thankful to have known her.

I just spoke to her last week as she was in same wing as my father in law. She was still smiling💓Breaks my heart to learn of her passing💔🙏

Ann was a beautiful sweet and amazing person. Her smile will be missed 🙏🏻
